This is caused by sun damage which is so easily avoidable! Prevention is the only option when it comes to sun damage so ensure you’re using sun cream, SPF or a foundation that protects.

Did you know exercise is therapeutic?

Regular exercise reduces inflammation, helps regulate stimulate skin-significant hormones and prevents free-radical damage. When you exercise, the tiny arteries in your skin open up, allowing more blood to reach the skin’s surface and deliver nutrients that repair damage from the sun and environmental pollutants. So I advise you to get moving to improve your skin.

Did you know sugar can increase anxiety for some people and can also fuel energy lows?

If your sweet tooth is demanding satisfaction, try to have a piece of whole fruit. This should not only calm sugar cravings but will also provide health benefits. If you are trying to keep your blood sugars stable, berries – fresh or frozen – as well as citrus fruits are better options than mango, banana or dried fruit, which are higher in sugar per serving.

Eating fruit with natural yogurt, cottage cheese or a handful of seeds, nuts or nut butter will also help to avoid a spike in your blood sugar levels.
