Having clear skin can make a world of difference to our confidence and caring for it is actually simpler than you might think.

To help keep skin clean, protected and looking its best at all times, its important to establish a daily beauty routine.

* Step 1 Cleanse

Always double cleanse your skin to remove make up and impurities from the skin. It is important for skin to be clean for better product absorption.

* Step 2 – Tone

Using a toner balances the skin’s natural pH levels after cleansing and prepares the skin to be more receptive to active ingredients.

* Step 3 – Moisturize

Moisturizers have many benefits. They protect from environmental attack, soften and plump the skin. They also repair the damage from free radicals and other daily external stressors. In order to treat individual skin concerns, look for moisturizers that contain vitamin A. There is no alternative or equivalent to vitamin A for healthy skin. As always don’t forget that Beauty starts from within so complement topical treatments with key vitamins and nutrients on the inside. As a minimum, start with foods containing Vitamin A, D, antioxidants and omegas to boost moisture.
